The team specializes in B2B Software due diligence and is led by experienced investment professionals and ex-Tier 1 management consultants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep fundamental research on software and technology companies
• Perform strategic due diligence and financial analysis on public and private companies
• Leverage quantitative modeling and qualitative insights through expert interviews
• Collaborate with peers and ex-Tier 1 management consultants on research
• Deliver high-quality deliverables to support multi-million dollar investment decisions
• Communicate research findings internally and externally
• Monitor identified companies daily
• Prepare financial research, strategic screening, and communication materials
• Lead interviews in English with professional experts
• Support process improvement and new company screening

Requirements

• Tier 1 engineering or business school graduate (specializing in Business, Corporate Finance, Engineering, or Strategy)
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in strategy and business
• Experience with internships in finance, tech, startups, or corporate environments
• Excellent analytical and Excel abilities
• Strong verbal presentation and slide creation skills
• Strong strategic thinking and correlation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French, German, or Italian
• Passion for technology, innovation, and investment
