Responsibilities

• Conduct deep fundamental research on software & technology companies
• Perform strategic due diligence and financial analysis on publicly listed and privately owned software & technology companies
• Leverage both quantitative modelling and qualitative insights generation through expert interviews
• Collaborate with a strong team of peers and experienced ex-Tier 1 management consultants
• Deliver high quality and valuable deliverables that support decision making on multi-million investments
• Communicate research findings internally and externally
• Perform daily monitoring of identified companies
• Prepare financial research, strategic screening, and communication materials
• Lead interviews in English with professional experts
• Support process improvement and new company screening

Requirements

• Tier 1 engineering or business school graduate specializing in Business, Finance, Corporate Finance, Engineering, or Strategy
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in strategy, finance, or business
• Experience includes several internships in finance, tech, startups, or corporate companies
• Excellent analysis and Excel skills
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to perform smart correlations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French, German, or Italian
