The team focuses on B2B Software due diligence and is led by experienced investment professionals and management consultants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep fundamental research on software and technology companies
• Perform strategic due diligence and financial analysis on public and private companies
• Leverage quantitative modeling and qualitative insights through expert interviews
• Collaborate with peers and ex-Tier 1 management consultants
• Deliver high-quality research to support multi-million dollar investment decisions
• Communicate research findings internally and externally
• Monitor identified companies daily and prepare financial research and screening materials
• Lead interviews in English with professional experts

Requirements

• Tier 1 engineering or business school graduate specializing in Finance, Strategy, or Engineering
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in strategy, finance, or business
• Experience with internships in finance, tech, startups, or corporate environments
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills
• Strong strategic thinking and correlation abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French, German, or Italian
