Investment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow premium client portfolios through strategic investment advice and relationship management
• Provide specialized advisory services to the assigned portfolio, focusing on maintenance, growth, and diversification
• Plan investment growth strategies for the Premium segment in collaboration with regional directors
• Actively generate prospects and conduct visits to high-value clients to attract new resources
• Develop and present customized investment proposals based on client profiles and market conditions
• Support Premium Bankers by providing training and expertise on investment products and sales practices
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards, risk management frameworks, and anti-money laundering policies
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field
• Mandatory AMIB / CNBV Figura 3 certification (Investment Strategy Advisor)
• At least 1 year of experience in the banking sector or a related financial field
• Strong knowledge of financial products, market regulation, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure
