Investment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire high-potential real estate assets including residential, commercial, and new developments
• Lead the full acquisition cycle from sourcing and financial valuation to negotiation and closing
• Provide market insights on trends, pricing, and sector movements to adjust acquisition strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, developers, investment funds, and banks

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of success in real estate acquisitions, investment, or senior sourcing
• Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Proactive and autonomous professional with a strategic mindset
• Full availability for extensive travel to inspect assets and meet stakeholders
• Advanced English proficiency for global internal communications

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing high-quality network in the real estate sector
• Prior experience in a Proptech or fast-paced startup environment
