Investment Specialist - Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen existing institutional client relationships, acting as the lead investment specialist for investment review meetings.
• Represent the multi-asset investment process and house views in client meetings, seminars, and conferences.
• Deliver tailored investment solutions by engaging with clients to understand their specific objectives and needs.
• Collaborate with Client and Consultant Advisor teams, portfolio managers, research, and product development stakeholders.
• Create high-quality written content regarding products and markets for client communications.
• Conduct detailed portfolio analysis, including returns, risk, and performance attribution, to create portfolio proposals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience serving institutional clients in the North America Institutional market.
• Expertise in asset allocation and multi-asset portfolio construction.
• Experience with various investment strategies including public equity, public fixed income, real assets, private credit, and private equity.
• Possession of Series 7, 63, and 3 certifications.
• Proven track record of achievement in a financial sales and client service environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA and/or CAIA designation.
• Working knowledge of institutional investment policy design.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for delivering persuasive investment reviews.
• Extensive existing network of relationships with institutional investors.
