Investment Specialist - Associate - Global Transportation Group

Responsibilities

• Prepare and refresh marketing collateral, including pitch books, product profiles, and bespoke client materials.
• Lead end-to-end production of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and recurring or ad hoc client and consultant questionnaires.
• Coordinate with Investment, Product, and internal RFP teams to gather inputs and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain internal databases, client cash flows, fund AUM, and related records on a monthly and quarterly cadence.
• Produce investor reporting content, including statements, snapshots, quarterly/annual reports, and webcast materials.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and team productivity.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, consultants, and clients to resolve inquiries and service needs.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in financial product analysis, marketing, or client services within Real Assets or Alternatives.
• MBA in Finance and/or CFA certification.
• Foundational accounting knowledge to interpret fund data and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to build and maintain client-ready materials.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal formats.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with open-ended funds.
• Knowledge of the maritime or global transportation domain.
