About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard HNI, UHNI, and family office investors through direct outreach and referral networks
  • Present investment opportunities in commercial offices, warehousing, and retail with clear IRR and appreciation theses
  • Sell pre-leased commercial assets offering assured rentals and attractive cap rates
  • Prepare detailed Investment Memoranda covering yield analysis, title diligence, and exit options
  • Negotiate deal terms including pricing, payment plans, and developer incentives
  • Track micro-market trends, capital flows, and rental yield movements in the NCR region
  • Deliver individual monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 2–10 years of experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or wealth management
  • Proven track record of selling high-ticket real estate products (INR 10+ Cr and above)
  • Experience with international property consultancies or premium developers preferred
  • Strong existing network of HNI investors, family offices, or financial advisors in NCR
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or Real Estate from a reputed institution
  • Certifications in financial planning (CFP), real estate valuation, or capital markets (NISM)
  • RERA registration (or ability to obtain it within the probation period)
