Investment Sales Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead financial underwriting and valuation of multifamily assets using Excel
• Analyze property-level financial and legal documentation including operating statements and leases
• Identify key value drivers, risks, and value-add opportunities at the asset and submarket level
• Prepare Broker Opinions of Value, offering memoranda, and disposition proposals
• Conduct market research on comparable sales, market trends, and financial performance
• Partner with Producers to develop creative deal strategies and client materials
• Communicate with property managers, asset managers, and principals to validate information
• Translate complex financial analyses into clear narratives for client presentations

Requirements

• 2-3 years of commercial real estate financial analysis and underwriting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Expertise in real estate valuation concepts including DCF, IRR, and NPV
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ARGUS
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily or investment sales environments
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CoStar
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint
