Investment Professional - Responsible Investing

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the responsible investment framework across various asset classes.
• Conduct ESG assessments and due diligence for public markets, private equity, venture capital, and real assets.
• Analyze ESG data, reports, and third-party metrics to identify material risks and opportunities.
• Assist with impact measurement, data collection, and reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Support stewardship activities and manager engagement regarding responsible investment expectations.
• Contribute research on thematic focus areas such as climate change, human rights, and social inclusion.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in responsible investment, ESG analysis, sustainable finance, or impact investing.
• Foundational understanding of ESG issues across both public and private markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process qualitative and quantitative data.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant academic field.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid work permit or Schengen area passport.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an asset manager, asset owner, foundation, or development finance institution.
• Familiarity with established ESG and impact frameworks.
• Exposure to private markets or real assets.
• Progress toward or interest in professional certifications such as CFA or CFA ESG Certificate.
