Investment Planning and Monitoring Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and monitoring of capital investments (CapEx) for the Mexico City region to ensure financial alignment with institutional goals.
• Generate annual and medium-term investment plans in coordination with campuses, schools, and the central CapEx office.
• Implement project prioritization methodologies to ensure an integrated and financially sustainable investment plan.
• Coordinate resource allocation processes and provide advisory support to campus and school leaders regarding investment policies.
• Review and analyze CAPEX and OPEX investment projects to ensure robust business cases and standardized criteria.
• Monitor monthly CapEx execution to identify and analyze deviations from approved plans.
• Develop economic models, indicators, and business cases to support regional investment decision-making.
• Manage the closure of investment projects by coordinating with responsible leaders and administrative areas.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial planning.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills.
