Investment Pilot

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams for the commissioning of industrial equipment
• Ensure project delivery and client satisfaction
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including maintenance, civil engineering, and production methods
• Conduct studies for investment pre-scoping and prepare investment authorizations
• Manage technical specifications and follow the consultation phase with procurement
• Oversee installation, qualification, and machine compliance verification on-site
• Manage equipment reception and warranty periods

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree in materials, manufacturing processes, mechanics, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in demanding industrial environments (aerospace, defense, automotive, or energy)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for metal/composite parts and industrial machinery
• Proficiency in technical English
• Leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with productivity tools such as Automation or GenAI
• Expertise in scope management and onboarding processes
