Investment Performance, Analytics and Transformation Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, and product operationalization.
• Manage client migration processes from internal legacy platforms to vendor solutions for asset owners and managers.
• Collaborate with development teams on product roadmaps, requirement gathering, functional testing, and user training.
• Assess platform readiness for client migrations, ensuring quality control, reporting, and operational readiness.
• Partner with Performance Operations and Product teams to translate client behaviors and needs into business requirements.
• Identify, document, and resolve production issues pre- and post-migration.
• Provide concise migration status updates and present findings and solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
• Demonstrated expertise in operational management and change readiness activities.
• Proven track record in product or platform-wide release management and deployment strategies.
• Experience working with institutional clients and market-leading performance, attribution, or analytics software (e.g., FactSet).
• Deep understanding of the systems/software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Deep understanding of investment performance and attribution calculations and methodologies.
• Industry-recognized professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CIPM.
• Degree in business, finance, or mathematics.
