Investment Performance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge in Equity, Multi-Asset, and Fixed Income performance and attribution
• Manage projects and lead the onboarding process for new clients
• Deliver professional client communications and interact with global stakeholders
• Ensure GIPS compliance and support a culture of risk excellence
• Implement timely change management solutions and process improvements
• Liaise with global teams to provide comprehensive client and stakeholder support

Requirements

• Strong mathematical background or experience in quantitative subjects
• Proven experience within an Asset Management environment
• Proficiency with performance measurement platforms
• Advanced technical skills in Excel, VBA, and SQL
• Working knowledge of GIPS compliance standards
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA or CIPM certification is highly beneficial
