Investment Performance Analysis Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of SEC Yield processes across assigned clients and funds.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to ensure strong performance and succession readiness.
• Provide oversight and final review of daily SEC Yield calculations and validations.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues, breaks, and operational risks.
• Ensure SEC Yield methodologies comply with regulatory standards and ICI guidelines.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Partner with Technology and Product teams on system enhancements and defect resolution.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance requirements, and risk frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in Fund Accounting, SEC Yield, or Investment Accounting.
• Proven experience managing teams and handling escalations in a production environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of SEC Yield calculations, income/expense accounting, and fund structures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and fund accounting platforms.
• Experience in a global financial services or asset management environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to process automation.
• Strong ability to lead change and influence across different functional teams.
