Investment Performance Analysis Emerging Lead

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end SEC Yield operations, including daily, monthly, and periodic delivery across assigned funds.
• Monitor, review, and validate all daily work to ensure accurate and timely calculations and processing.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and task prioritization for analysts and associates.
• Research and resolve complex exceptions, income-related discrepancies, and yield breaks.
• Manage the preparation and review of daily, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with global operations, technology, and client service teams for issue resolution.
• Assist management with capacity planning, workload management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform technical accounting tasks including reviewing fund setups, rule groups, and yield movement analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Fund Accounting, SEC Yield, or Investment Accounting.
• Strong technical knowledge of SEC Yield calculations, income and expenses accounting, and financial instruments.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and fund accounting platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a global financial services or asset management environment.
• Prior experience acting as a team lead, backup, or reviewer.
• Exposure to driving process improvements, change management, and automations.
