Investment Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist with quarterly reporting processes and portfolio trading activities
• Research client questions regarding existing or prospective investments
• Prepare client and prospective client meeting presentations
• Monitor data reconciliation with outsourced back-office firms
• Process investment-related bill pay transactions and ensure proper recording
• Develop, maintain, and distribute regular data analyses and reports
• Assist with investment implementation for pooled funds and manager due diligence
• Supply investment data and information to key internal constituencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with financial experience
• 2+ years of industry experience
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
• Understanding of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a highly confidential, low-profile environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
