About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead portfolio supervision for multiple projects, including restructuring, rescheduling, and capital increases.
  • Manage various investment structures such as bonds, equity, and structured finance transactions (e.g., SRTs and RSFs).
  • Perform credit and risk assessments, financial projections, and covenant compliance reviews.
  • Execute investment projects by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and overseeing technical and strategic aspects.
  • Develop innovative financial structures for both straightforward and complex transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, private businesses, and multilateral partners.
  • Collaborate across industry teams to develop and structure joint venture projects.

Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent master's degree in finance or management.
  • At least 5 years of finance experience with a proven track record in sourcing, structuring, and closing investments.
  • Experience in active portfolio management of both debt and equity investments.
  • Strong financial and credit skills, including the ability to manage various financial instruments.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Polish or other European languages.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry trends and opportunities within the European sub-region.
  • Experience mentoring analysts or junior staff.
