Investment Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Pursue an assignment within Vanguard's investment teams, such as fixed income, global equity, strategic & quantitative equity, investment strategy, portfolio review, or risk management
• Experience a comprehensive approach to investing across various asset classes and strategies
• Collaborate with team members to lead projects that distill complex data into actionable insights
• Present findings and insights to leadership to influence investment decisions
• Engage in regular meetings with department managers, internship program managers, and assigned buddies for personalized coaching and mentorship

Requirements

• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Open to all fields of study (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
• Effective communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
• Passion for investment management
• Must be able to work onsite in Malvern, PA
• No US work authorization sponsorship is provided for this position

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong technical acumen, including data analytics, statistical modeling, storytelling, or coding skills
