Investment & Formation Operations Lead

super{set} is a venture studio that conceives, funds, and builds companies from formation through scale. We don’t just write checks — we co-found companies and stay deeply involved at the strategy, positioning, and operational layers. Our portfolio spans AI-native software, fintech, and developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage investment screening and diligence, including sourcing, first-pass screens, and diligence memos
• Own the Signal program to build early-stage operating cadence and structure for new companies
• Identify and build portfolio-wide products and leverage opportunities, such as credit and infrastructure programs
• Act as a thought partner to founders on business plans, financial models, and pitch decks
• Coordinate cap table work and company formation diligence with the finance team
• Manage executive operations, prioritization, and scheduling for a General Partner

Requirements

• Exceptionally high throughput and ability to move fast
• Relentlessly organized and detail-obsessed Type-A operator
• Strong commercial and analytical instincts, including financial model literacy
• Systems thinker capable of standardizing recurring processes
• Exceptional written communication skills for synthesizing complex information
• Ability to handle high-trust, sensitive investment information with discretion
• Comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of a venture studio environment
• Willingness to handle both strategic and logistical tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in venture capital, venture studio, startup operations, investment banking, or management consulting
• Experience as an early-stage founder
• Exposure to corporate formation and early-stage company building
