Investment Director

Responsibilities

• Drive real estate investment strategy by identifying and evaluating residential opportunities
• Manage the end-to-end acquisition process including sourcing, financial analysis, and negotiation
• Provide market intelligence and investment insights regarding trends and competitor activity
• Oversee asset valuations and develop financial models for portfolio optimization
• Build strategic relationships with brokers, developers, and investors to generate deal flow

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, or asset management
• Proven track record of closing real estate transactions
• Strong understanding of the Spanish residential real estate market
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or Engineering
• Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration
