Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deal processes including financial, operational, commercial, product, and technical diligence
• Present acquisition opportunities and detailed financial models to leadership
• Build and scale proprietary M&A agents and AI product suites
• Manage relationships with software company founders and stakeholders during transitions
• Collaborate with internal finance, legal, and operations teams for successful integration
• Shape investment processes, philosophy, and capital allocation plans

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or strategic finance
• Proven track record of leading and closing M&A transactions
• Strong academic record with a degree in Business or Finance
• Ability to manage multiple deals across various industries simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with buy-and-build models
• Knowledge of Vertical Market Software (VMS) and technology sectors
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
