Responsibilities
- Develop and implement investment strategy in alignment with firm objectives
- Source and originate new investment opportunities through networking and market research
- Lead due diligence efforts including financial, operational, and legal assessments
- Negotiate and structure investment transactions and manage legal documentation
- Monitor and manage portfolio companies to maximize value creation
- Lead and mentor junior investment professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- MBA or CFA preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in private equity or the Healthcare industry
- Proven track record of leading successful investments and managing portfolio companies
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent negotiation and deal structuring capabilities
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
