Investment & Corporate Banking – Healthcare, Associate

Responsibilities

• Design, originate, structure, and execute M&A, equity, and debt capital markets transactions within the healthcare sector
• Conduct extensive quantitative economic, industry, and company research and analysis
• Draft and prepare pitch books and detailed industry materials for multiple healthcare sectors
• Perform complex financial modeling, valuation, and comparable/relative value analyses
• Model corporate finance alternatives including capital structure development and acquisition finance
• Facilitate product group idea generation and solutions development across global capabilities
• Assist in financing structuring, underwriting transaction evaluation, and due diligence
• Support the development and continued cultivation of client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• Minimum of 3 years of investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets experience at a top-tier global bank
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Deep knowledge of corporate finance, securities, financial markets, and risk/pricing analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA concentrating in Finance or Economics
• Prior experience with banking transactions specifically related to the Healthcare industry
