Investment & Corporate Banking Associate (TMT)

Responsibilities

• Design, originate, structure, and execute financial advisory, global capital markets, and risk management services for TMT clients
• Conduct extensive quantitative economic, industry, and company research and analysis
• Model corporate finance alternatives including M&A, capital structure development, and acquisition finance
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and comparable/relative value analyses
• Draft client pitches and marketing materials for M&A, syndicated bank financing, and debt/equity capital markets
• Assist in financing structuring, underwriting evaluation, and due diligence execution
• Facilitate product group idea generation and coordinate solutions across global platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate finance and capital markets experience with a top-tier global bank
• Direct experience within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector
• Proficiency with FactSet, CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, and Microsoft Office
• Active Series 79 and 63 licenses
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
