Investment & Corporate Banking Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive quantitative economic, industry, and company research and analysis
• Draft and prepare pitch books with detailed industry materials for multiple Industrials sub-sectors
• Model a broad range of corporate finance alternatives including M&A, capital structure development, and acquisition finance
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and comparable & relative value analyses
• Evaluate risk/return parameters of financing transactions
• Assist in financing structuring, underwriting transaction evaluation, and due diligence
• Facilitate product group idea generation and support the development of client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• Minimum of 1 year of investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets experience with a top-tier global bank
• Knowledge of corporate finance, securities, financial markets, and risk & pricing analysis
• Proficiency with FactSet, CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, and Microsoft Office
• Series 79 & 63 licenses
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest and understanding of the Industrials industry
• Previous experience with banking transactions specifically related to the Industrials sector
