Investment & Corporate Banking Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, structure, and execute financial advisory, global capital markets, and risk management solutions for Power & Utilities clients
• Prepare client pitches and marketing materials, including M&A, syndicated bank financing, and debt/equity capital markets documentation
• Perform complex financial modeling, valuation, and comparable/relative value analyses
• Conduct industry analysis regarding regulatory environments, rate cases, and utility financial frameworks
• Support transaction execution through due diligence, financing structuring, and underwriting evaluation
• Collaborate with deal teams to support business objectives and participate in franchise building activities

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or accounting with a strong academic record
• Minimum of 1 year of investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets experience at a top-tier bank
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, securities, financial markets, and risk/pricing analysis
• Exceptional quantitative analytics, financial modeling, and credit analysis skills
• Advanced proficiency in FactSet, CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of Series 79 and 63 licenses
