Investment Content Creation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver clear, accessible content for retail investor audiences, simplifying complex topics like investing, pensions, and personal finance
• Produce engaging content across formats including articles, email, social media, and video
• Translate global research and thought leadership into relevant material for retail investors
• Support marketing campaigns with consistent messaging across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with economists, product teams, and experts to present company philosophy and products
• Ensure content meets regulatory compliance, including Consumer Duty standards

Requirements

• Experience in investment content creation with knowledge of personal finance, pensions, and retirement
• Proven ability to simplify complex financial topics for retail audiences
• Skill in creating multi-format content (articles, social media, email, video)
• Experience working with subject matter experts and managing stakeholder feedback
• Understanding of financial services regulations
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience with exceptional written communication skills
