Investment Banking Vice President

Responsibilities

• Assist in the targeting and closing of new deal opportunities
• Participate in selling and pitching services to clients and prospects
• Drive day-to-day activities for presentation development
• Build and maintain relationships with client senior executives
• Provide direction on financial and valuation analyses for debt and equity
• Review analyst and associate work for consistency, correctness, and formatting
• Act as lead on-the-job trainer for associates and analysts
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable rules, regulations, and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Prior investment banking experience required
• 3+ years at Associate level strongly preferred
• Ability to acquire SIE Exam, Series 79, and Series 63 within 150 days
• Expertise in accounting and finance
• Strong mathematical, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and senior banker expectations
• Willingness to travel 20% to 40%

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA strongly preferred
• Proven leadership and coaching skills
