Investment Banking Vice President - Industrials & Diversified Industries

Responsibilities

• Design, originate, structure, and execute M&A, financial advisory, and global capital markets transactions within the Industrials sector
• Conduct extensive quantitative economic, industry, and company research and analysis
• Draft and prepare pitch books with detailed industry materials for multiple Industrials sub-sectors
• Model a broad range of corporate finance alternatives including M&A, capital structure development, and acquisition finance
• Evaluate risk/return parameters of financing transactions and perform valuation and comparable analyses
• Facilitate product group idea generation and solutions development across a global platform
• Assist in financing structuring, underwriting evaluation, due diligence, and transaction execution
• Support the development and continued cultivation of client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• Minimum of 6 years of investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets experience with a top-tier global bank
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, securities, financial markets, and risk/pricing analysis
• Proficiency with FactSet, CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, and Microsoft Office
• Active Series 79 and 63 licenses
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with banking transactions specifically related to the Industrials industry
• Proven aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information into innovative product solutions
