Investment Banking Vice President & Associate, Consumer & Retail

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transaction processes including capital raise and advisory transactions
• Prepare offering memoranda, proposals, and client meeting materials
• Lead company valuations, financial modeling, and industry-specific presentations
• Perform research and analysis to support new business generation
• Organize and participate in marketing and client meetings
• Lead drafting sessions for transactions and conduct due diligence
• Interact with corporate clients, private equity, and venture capital firms
• Supervise and mentor junior bankers

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in investment banking
• FINRA Series 63 & 79 licenses
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and CapIQ
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Authorization to work full time in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided)
