The firm serves leading infrastructure funds, pension funds, contractors, and governments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the execution of equity and debt offerings, M&A, and public-private partnerships
• Assist in developing complex financial models using macros and VBA
• Support due diligence processes and manage third-party advisors
• Develop asset valuations using various approaches
• Prepare client presentations and pitch decks
• Research target companies, sectors, industries, and geographies
• Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, commerce, engineering, math, or related field
• Entering penultimate year of study (graduating by summer 2028)
• Minimum cGPA of 80% or 3.7/4.0
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Commitment to accuracy under tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial modeling
• Knowledge of VBA or macros
