Investment Banking Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive financial and valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising
• Build advanced financial models to value potential clients and industries
• Lead due diligence, research, and documentation for live transactions
• Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to clients and prospects
• Actively participate in client meetings and drafting sessions
• Research industry drivers and monitor business trends in the ADGS sector
• Provide training and mentorship to analysts and summer interns
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable rules, regulations, and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Prior investment banking experience required
• 3+ years as an Investment Banking Associate or equivalent preferred
• Ability to acquire SIE Exam, Series 79, and Series 63 within 150 days
• Deep understanding of accounting and finance
• Excellent mathematical, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and senior stakeholder expectations
• Willingness to travel 10% to 30%

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA strongly preferred
• Prior work experience in the financial services industry
