Investment Banking Senior Associate, Technology

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive financial and valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising
• Build advanced financial models to value potential clients and industries
• Lead due diligence, research, and documentation for live transactions
• Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to clients and prospects
• Act as an on-the-job trainer and mentor for Analysts and summer interns
• Manage client relationships and facilitate dialogue with finance and accounting staffs
• Monitor industry drivers and provide insights into business trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior investment banking experience
• Deep understanding of accounting and finance
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and senior stakeholder expectations
• Leadership and coaching capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous investment banking experience covering technology or software
• Private Equity equivalent experience
