Investment Banking Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive financial and valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising
• Build financial models using comparable companies, precedents, and discounted cash flow methods
• Conduct due diligence, research, and documentation for potential and live transactions
• Draft management presentations and marketing materials for clients and prospects
• Participate in client meetings and drafting sessions
• Research industries and sectors to target specific clients
• Mentor summer interns and junior analysts
• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior investment banking experience (2+ years as an Analyst preferred)
• Proven track record in university studies
• Ability to acquire SIE Exam, Series 79, and Series 63 within 150 days (US)
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and writing skills
• Thorough understanding of accounting and finance
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
