Investment Banking Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive financial and valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising
• Build financial models using comparable companies, precedents, and discounted cash flow methods
• Conduct due diligence, research, and documentation for potential and live transactions
• Draft management presentations and marketing materials for clients and prospects
• Research industries and sectors to identify target clients
• Mentor summer interns and junior analysts
• Support client relationship development through responsive service and understanding of client needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior investment banking experience required
• Minimum 1 year of investment banking experience in technology/software or private equity
• Proven track record in university studies
• Ability to obtain SIE Exam, Series 79, and Series 63 within 150 days of employment
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and writing skills
• Proficiency in computer skills and accounting/finance principles
