Investment Banking Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive financial and valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising
• Build financial models using comparable companies, precedents, and discounted cash flow methods
• Conduct due diligence, research, and documentation for potential and live transactions
• Draft management presentations and marketing materials for clients and prospects
• Research industries and sectors to identify target clients
• Mentor summer interns and junior analysts
• Support client relationship development by understanding needs and challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior investment banking experience
• 2+ years of experience as an Analyst or equivalent preferred
• Proven track record in university studies
• Ability to obtain SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 within 150 days
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and writing skills
• Thorough understanding of accounting and finance
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
