Investment Banking Managing Director - Medical Technology

Responsibilities

• Contribute to annual revenue targets by identifying, recommending and closing new deal opportunities
• Participate in selling and pitching the firm’s products and services
• Develop, define and lead the execution of product offerings and strategies
• Target new business opportunities and expand client relationships
• Coach, mentor and actively guide investment banking team members
• Maintain effective client partnerships and provide high quality advice
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• MBA strongly preferred
• 9+ years of investment banking experience strongly preferred
• SIE Exam, Series 79, and Series 63 certifications required
• Strong ability to lead transaction processes and pitch new business
• Deep understanding of accounting and finance
• Ability to travel 30% to 60%
