Investment Banking Intern

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Analysts, Associates, and VPs in the M&A advisory practice
• Assist deal teams in live transactions across Healthcare, Consumer Products, and Industrials sectors
• Perform financial due diligence, research, and analysis
• Draft pitch materials, information memorandums, and management presentations
• Identify potential M&A and financing situations

Requirements

• Exceptional academic credentials from a top-tier institution
• Degree qualification (completed or ongoing) in any subject
• General understanding of accounting and finance principles
• Strong analytical, communication, and attention to detail skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and German is essential
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
