Investment Banking - FIG

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage senior client relationships across banks, insurers, asset managers, and specialty finance companies
• Originate and execute a broad range of transactions, including M&A, equity and debt capital raising, and strategic advisory
• Partner with product teams such as ECM, DCM, Leveraged Finance, and M&A to deliver integrated client solutions
• Lead client dialogue, including idea generation, pitching, and execution oversight
• Support sector coverage strategy by identifying growth opportunities and market themes
• Manage transaction processes end-to-end, coordinating internal teams and external advisors
• Mentor and develop junior bankers to foster a high-performance team environment

Requirements

• Significant experience in investment banking with strong FIG sector coverage
• Proven track record in originating and executing M&A and capital markets transactions
• Deep understanding of financial institutions, including regulatory and capital frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage senior client relationships
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex transactions and priorities simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
