Investment Banking - EMEA Secondaries Advisory - Associate

Responsibilities

• Work with sponsor clients to assess the suitability of continuation vehicles based on their specific objectives
• Support the preparation of pitch materials and transaction marketing documents for live deals
• Prepare complex financial models, including LBO, DCF, and fund-level modeling
• Coordinate the transaction process from launch to signing, including investor outreach and Q&A management
• Maintain ongoing dialogue and build relationships with institutional investors
• Manage multiple transactions in parallel within a high deal-flow, flat hierarchical environment

Requirements

• Several years of full-time investment banking experience, including M&A
• Strong financial modeling skills (LBO/DCF)
• Proven process management capabilities on live deals
• Keen interest in private capital markets and the secondary advisory space
• Ability to take ownership of transactions and engage effectively with clients and investors
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage competing demands

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience specifically within continuation vehicles (CVs)
• Previous experience communicating directly with institutional investors
