Investment Banking Director, Healthcare (Biotech)

Responsibilities

• Lead deal execution across M&A, leveraged finance, and equity capital markets transactions within the Healthcare Biotech sector
• Create partnerships by increasing the depth and breadth of existing client relationships
• Generate new ideas and creative approaches to push the business forward
• Make sound and balanced judgments within professional, ethical, regulatory, and legal standards
• Motivate and inspire team members by providing a vision of shared goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience working within Healthcare investment banking
• 1-2+ years of specific experience within the biotech sector
• Deep understanding of banking products, capital structure, and capital markets
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• High attention to detail
