Investment Banking Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive financial and valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising
• Build advanced financial models to value potential clients and industries
• Lead due diligence, research, and documentation for live transactions
• Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to clients and prospects
• Act as an on-the-job trainer and mentor for Analysts and summer interns
• Research industry drivers and monitor business trends within the technology sector
• Manage client relationships and facilitate effective dialogue with finance and accounting staffs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior investment banking experience required
• 2+ years of experience as an Investment Banking Analyst strongly preferred
• At least 1 year of investment banking experience covering technology or software
• Deep understanding of accounting and finance
• Ability to obtain SIE Exam, Series 79, and Series 63 within 150 days of employment
