Investment Banking Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of M&A and Capital Markets transactions within the Infrastructure and Power sector across EMEA
• Contribute to key workstreams for live transactions, including financial modelling, due diligence, and the preparation of client deliverables
• Collaborate with product partners, country coverage teams, and other sector coverage groups to ensure seamless client execution
• Drive impact across various verticals including Power, Utilities, and Transport Infrastructure
• Develop innovative strategies to enhance client coverage and drive business growth

Requirements

• Undergraduate bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2-3+ years of investment banking experience, with a focus on M&A transaction execution and origination
• Strong financial modelling skills (operating models, DCF, merger modelling, and LBOs)
• Advanced Excel capability and experience producing high-quality PowerPoint materials
• High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
