Investment Banking Associate, Real Estate, Lodging & Gaming

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of Citi’s Investment Banking business activities within the Real Estate, Lodging & Gaming sectors
• Leverage investment banking experience to enhance M&A execution and capital raising capabilities
• Manage and mentor analysts by providing detailed guidance, feedback, and managing information flow
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients by formulating investment strategies and raising capital
• Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and firm policies
• Contribute to the growth of Citi’s franchise and support client development efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field
• Experience evaluating corporate transactions and structures
• Proven experience creating complex financial analyses
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience assisting with client development and tracking business development trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
• Ability to work effectively within teams and analyze industry trends through research
