Investment Banking Associate

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the deal pipeline inside HubSpot CRM
• Track inbound interest, investor responses, and ongoing follow-ups
• Maintain accurate deal stages, notes, tasks, and reminders
• Maintain and update Excel tracking sheets, deal reports, and operational dashboards
• Support preparation of pitch materials, investor updates, and internal reporting
• Coordinate scheduling for investor meetings and leadership calls
• Ensure all communications, tasks, and deliverables are tracked and executed

Requirements

• Experience with HubSpot CRM and sales pipelines
• Background in operations, executive support, or finance support
• Strong written English communication skills
• Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Ability to work during EST business hours
• Highly organized and process-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to investment banking, private equity, or M&A
• Experience supporting founders or executives
• Familiarity with pitch decks and CRM automations
• Experience with data visualization
