Investment Banking Associate

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced financial models including DCF, LBO, merger, and operating models
• Support M&A transaction execution for buy-side, sell-side, and capital raises
• Coordinate due diligence requests, transaction timelines, and virtual data rooms
• Draft and refine pitch books, Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), and investor decks
• Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis
• Review analyst work for accuracy, formatting, and financial integrity
• Ensure all transaction materials comply with confidentiality and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of DCF, LBO, comparable company, and precedent transaction analysis
• Proficiency with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, or PitchBook

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CFA, or CPA designation
• Experience with buy-side, sell-side, or capital raising engagements
• Exposure to Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Real Estate industries
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience with analysts
