Investment Banking Associate, M&A

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers throughout the full transaction lifecycle, from origination to closing.
• Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data for client proposals and strategic plans.
• Prepare valuation materials and M&A analyses for pitches and live deals.
• Build complex financial models for valuation purposes.
• Conduct market, economic, and financial research.
• Participate in management meetings, diligence, financing, and the negotiation of definitive documentation.
• Operate within compliance parameters and demonstrate sound business judgment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or an equivalent field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in M&A or a related financial sector.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Possession of SIE, 79, and 63 certifications.
• Strong communication, project management, and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or MBA.
• Demonstrated knowledge of specific industry sectors within corporate finance.
