Investment Banking Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop content for strategic client meetings regarding M&A or capital market transactions
• Interact with senior team members and client management teams to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives
• Define, guide, and review detailed valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analyses
• Lead and review detailed combination and other financial analyses in the context of M&A transactions
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to Analysts and junior Associates
• Participate in graduate recruiting efforts

Requirements

• Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role
• A well-rounded academic background from a top-tier educational institution
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Deep understanding of the transaction cycle and execution processes
• Impeccable communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior professionals and clients
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
