Investment Banking Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analysis
• Support daily deal execution and project management for clients
• Prepare presentation books, management presentations, Board materials, and Memorandums for corporate finance transactions
• Perform detailed combination and transaction structuring analysis
• Interact with senior team members and client management teams to discuss strategic alternatives
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to junior team members

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of Investment Banking experience within a country or sector coverage team
• Proven track record of assisting with the execution of M&A and capital markets transactions
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Ability to interact with clients professionally in person and virtually
• High level of attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Ability to handle pressure while multitasking on numerous projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) coverage experience
